Rodney Williams is the NSBE Director of Technical Development for the New York Chapter and a
Senior Program Manager and Engineering Consultant specializing in infrastructure development,
financial services, and technology program management. He has successfully led enterprise-level
initiatives for organizations such as The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and
American Express. Rodney excels in engineering project delivery, product lifecycle
management, and regulatory compliance, with a proven track record in managing multi-million-
dollar projects and driving operational efficiency. He holds a bachelors degree in Electrical
Engineering from Tuskegee University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the
Quantic School of Business.
Rodney is a passionate advocate for STEM education and workforce development, actively
participating in the NSBE Professionals and NBMBAA New York Chapters, as well as the NYC
ACE Mentor Program. He previously served as an Alumni Board Member for the Central Ohio
Alumni Extension of NSBE. Through collaborations with organizations like Tech Corps Ohio
and Columbus State Community College, Rodney has mentored students and professionals,
providing technical training and guidance. His commitment to bridging engineering, technology,
and social impact initiatives establishes him as a dynamic leader across both corporate and
nonprofit sectors.
