Charity A. McCoy is a Business Psychology Ph.D. candidate and founder of YB Consultancy, LLC, with over a decade of experience in change management and grant writing. A former appointed State of Minnesota Governor and experienced nonprofit and legislative leader, Charity brings a strong background in inclusive leadership and organizational transformation. Certified in Prosci ADKAR and DEI best practices, she designs human-centered learning experiences to help employees manage workplace stress, conflict, and IT transitions. Her research and advocacy are fueled by personal passion, focusing on improving employment outcomes for African American adults with autism.
