Join us Saturday May 31st for a one hour yoga, breathwork, and meditation session! This 60 minute event is open to all levels and will be focused on grounding the mind and body though specific releasing techniques that will leave you feeling more aligned and energized. The workshop will be led by Andrea Bogdanovic who is an advanced practitioner with an immense passion for helping others experience the powerful tools of yoga. All props and mats will be provided for this event, all you have to do is show up for yourself!
