Debbie D. Douglas is a Talent Acquisition leader, career wellness coach, author, and Founder of 3DHR Media Staffing Solutions, the staffing arm of 3DHR Consulting, which originally started with career wellness coaching services, for both individuals and groups. In addition, She offers staffing services to various industries from entry level, up to and including Executive Search for start-ups,  media, entertainment, streaming, as well as corporate and tech industries; she’s known as “The Talent Whisperer”, and a trusted Staffing Partner.

 She has extensive experience, including her last in-house corporate role as Director of Talent Acquisition in media and entertainment working for global brands including MTV, BET, CBS, Nickelodeon and Showtime to name a few, partnering with organizations to build high-impact teams and helping professionals build intentional, aligned careers.

 She is the author of “Now What? 12 Strategies To Landing The Career You’ll Love, Not Tolerate” and a sought-after speaker on career development, career strategy, and personal & professional branding. Debbie is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and a Board Member of YMF, Inc a breast cancer awareness non-profit and International Girls Academy, where she is committed to mentorship, service, and advocacy for women and girls. Raised in Brooklyn, NY, Debbie now resides in New Jersey with her husband and enjoys fitness, travel and investing. Debbie has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and A Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management
