General Body Meeting (GBM) on 12.4.2025

Join us for our 4th and last GBM for the year where our theme will be financial literacy for technical professionals. Our speaker, Cary Hall, will focus on wealth building by maximizing employer benefits. We guarantee you’ll learn something that you can immediately put into practice, increasing your ability to generate income and build wealth.

Topics to be covered include:

• How to optimize 401(k)/403(b) contributions, employer match strategies
• Navigating Equity Compensation (RSUs, stock options, ESPPs) common in tech roles
• Understanding FSA/HSA advantages for high-deductible plans
• Choosing between traditional vs. Roth contributions at different career stages

Our speaker Cary Hall, after serving as a Captain in the US Army: Signal Corps, began his financial career at Merrill Lynch in 1993 before moving to UBS/PaineWebber, the world’s largest Swiss bank, in 1999, where he rose to Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager. In 2019, he launched his own independent financial services firm, CLH Wealth Management, LLC where his client base spans the nation.

After our presentation, we’ll cover chapter business, events and announcements. Once wrapped, we’ll head 2 blocks away to the lower level of the Park Avenue Tavern to grab some bites/drinks and socialize. Light refreshments will be available during the meeting.
