As Director of Community Affairs, Christine works on enhancing NSBE’s visibility and impact in local communities, promoting STEM education and supporting underrepresented groups. The goal is to strengthen community ties and encourage diversity in engineering. Christine earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering, with a minor in Polymer Science, from Pennsylvania State University. Her professional journey includes over five years in the Quality department of the health sector. She is currently a Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Quality Engineer at a medical device company, where she skillfully project manages multiple teams to identify, resolve, and improve product or non-product issues, ensuring adherence to quality, FDA, and ISO standards. Christine is inspired by the words of Mattie Stepanek: “Unity is strength. When there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.”
