DESCRIPTION:PDC stands for the Professional Development Conference\, a multi-day event focused on professional and personal development\, technical training\, and networking for STEM professionals. The PDC aims to foster growth\, impact\, and collective excellence among STEM professionals. Attendees engage in professional and personal development\, technical training\, networking\, and cultural experiences\, including the “Evening of Excellence”. The event typically attracts over 850+ attendees\, with Career Expo exhibitors and Corporate Partners. The PDC is organized by NSBE Professionals\, a group dedicated to supporting Black engineers and scientists in their careers. The 2025 PDC theme is “The Power of Us”.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPDC 2025 will take place in New Orleans\, August 27-31 @ the New Orleans Marriott.
