We’ll explore how education shapes the pipeline of leaders in the tech industry\, with a special focus on how New York City Public Schools\, one of the most diverse school systems in the nation\, is recruiting and preparing diverse talent for leadership roles. \n\n\n\n\nOur guest speaker is Dr. Patrick Fagan\, Chief Talent Human Resources Officer\, New York City Public Schools. Dr. Fagan brings extensive experience in strategic human capital management and leads innovative initiatives to diversify and strengthen the educational workforce\, including integrating AI into recruitment and retention systems.
